Alloy provides a range of Technical Training Courses for key IP Communications products and their associated technologies. These courses are designed to equip technical staff from ITC Resellers with the knowledge needed for system implementation and maintenance.
Some of the courses we offer are Vendor Certified Training Courses. These courses are run with the vendors official course materials and to their syllabus. Attendees who successfully complete these courses are officially certified.

3CX Introductory Training
This 3CX Introductory Training Workshop is open and free to all new or active 3CX Partners and is aimed at pre-sales and support technical personnel tasked with the responsibility of promoting, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting 3CX client installations and seeking to achieve 3CX Certified Pro status. This training will prepare attendees for the 3CX Academy Certification Exam.
3CX Advanced Training
This 3CX Advanced Training Workshop is open to all active 3CX Partners who have successfully achieved 3CX Certified Pro / Partner status and/or who have already successfully deployed commercial licenses of 3CX. Training is aimed at pre-sales and support technical personnel tasked with the responsibility of promoting, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting 3CX client installations.
Epygi Technical Training
The Epygi Technical Training course is a comprehensive 2 day course designed to meet the needs of Resellers who are currently active in the VoIP market segment or are planning to enter that market. Attendees should have a general understanding of networking, VoIP and traditional telephony equipment such as ISDN, PSTN etc.
Day 1 provides a solid foundation of core skills by covering topics including planning builds, installation and setup, call routing and, diagnostics and maintenance.
Day 2 builds on day 1 covering advanced PBX configuration and management topics providing valuable knowledge for anyone in the VoIP market.
Grandstream Technical Training
The Grandstream Technical Training course provides a complete overview of the Grandstream VoIP and Surveillance products, as well as in depth hands on training on how to install, set-up and manage Grandstream's UCM series IP PBX appliances. Attendees will also have a full surveillance demonstration as well as some hands on experience with a range of IP Surveillance Cameras.
Day 1 provides a complete overview of the IP PBX and IP Phones.
Day 2 starts off with the IP PBX exam followed by an overview of the IP Surveillance product and IP Surveillance exam.
Configuring & Maintaining SmartNode 1k SmartWare VoIP Solutions
Be ready to converge with the SmartNode 1K technical certification course. Based on the SmartWareTM Release 5.X operating system, this course provides the in-depth knowledge you need to install, configure and support the complete line of SmartNodeTM 1k VoIP products for data, voice, and telephony applications. The course covers theory and implementation, including detailed training on SIP, TCP/IP, NAT, ACL, QOS, network planning, configuration, and troubleshooting. Hands-on activities cover network analysis, VoIP application assessment, and VoIP troubleshooting with live end-to-end calls with real SmartNodeTM devices.
Zultys Certified Systems Expert (ZCSE)
The ZCSE is an official Zultys vendor certificated technical training course, designed to ensure that Authorised Zultys Resellers are trained to deploy and maintain all Zultys IP communications solutions. ZCSE certification is acheived after successfully completing both ZCSE Part I and ZCSE Part II. Attendees are limited to technical personnel of Authorised Zultys Resellers.
Part I - Deployment and Management will provide Resellers with the capability of deploying a customer's system with the most commonly used functionality.
Part II - Advanced Implementation and Support will provide Resellers with an in-depth knowledge of the advanced functionality of the Zultys solution, maintenance and fault investigation techniques. Attendees are required to have successfully completed ZCSE Part I.
